HOW TO SPA
Guests experiencing Multiple Services or Spa Packages are reminded to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their services, this will allow ample time to become Familiarized with the Environment. Guests will be offered to enjoy Fresh Brewed Coffee, Herbal Teas, Fresh Juices and more. Please dress comfortably, slippers and robes are provided for you. Please do not hesitate to ask us if you should have any Special Requests that will Enhance your Experience during your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that there may be emergencies and situations that are beyond our control. However, a missed appointment is a loss to us both. We request a 24-hour cancellation notice for all services to avoid a cancellation fee.*

RETURN POLICY
Unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase in exchange for store credit only.

GRATUITY
Guests wishing to extend gratuity to their service provider may do so at the guest care desk. 15-20% is Customary and Greatly Appreciated

NO SHOWS
Habitual No Shows, Or those Unable to keep their appointments Habitually without prior 24 hour cancellation, will be charged full price of reserved services in advance to guarantee reservation of services.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12
While the Mendham Spa offers it’s services to children under the age of 12, only while accompanied by a parent or guardian, we appreciate children’s visits be limited to the day in which they are receiving services.This will help in ensuring a relaxing environment for all our guests. We Thank You for your understanding.

*Cancellation of any services with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
